Currently I offer virtual sessions. However, I do offer walk and talk sessions, at a local Austin Park. Please reach out to learn more about walk and talks if you are interested.

My session rate is $200, and while I’m not in-network with insurance, I can provide superbills for potential reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on financial need—no questions asked.

Absolutely! While I offer Christian-based therapy for those who want it, my priority is meeting you where you are. Therapy is about your journey. I’ll always provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges in a way that feels right for you. No matter what your beliefs are, you are welcome here.

You can expect a laid back session where we start off chatting about what is bringing you into therapy. We will focus the session around going over your intake paperwork. This session will allow you the space to voice how you feel about where you’re currently at in your life. We will also discuss goals and next steps after we determine if we are a good therapeutic fit.

There’s no special number on sessions. Therapy is a process. However, initially, to build a solid therapeutic foundation, coming for weekly sessions for the first three to six months of therapy is recommended.

A good faith estimate (GFE) is a document I provided that outlines the expected costs of services you will receive.
