Empathetic, supportive therapy for adolescents
“I want to explain what’s going on in my head, but it’s like no one would actually get it.”
“It’s like no matter how hard I try, I’m always falling short.”
“What if I’m making the wrong decisions and totally messing up my future?”
Sound familiar?
I see you.
You’re navigating a world that feels overwhelming and sometimes impossible to figure out. The pressure to succeed, the confusion about who you’re supposed to be, and the ache of feeling misunderstood—it’s a lot. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure of your next steps, or like no one truly gets what you’re going through.
For parents, I know how hard it can be to watch your teen struggle. You want to help, but you’re not always sure how to reach them. It can feel like a battle between wanting to guide them and giving them the space to grow.
I’m here for both of you.
For teens, this is a place where you can be yourself—no judgment, no pressure—just someone who listens and helps you sort out the tangled thoughts and emotions.
For parents, I provide a safe, faith-based approach to help your teen build confidence, resilience, and clarity, while also supporting your journey to connect with and support them.
Let’s work together to navigate this chapter of life with purpose, growth, and faith.
I’m here to help with:
+ Gaining clarity around who you are and what makes you you in a world full of opinions.
+ Learning how to handle relationships whether it’s drama with friends, family disagreements, or the ups and downs of dating.
+ Dealing and coping with school stress, future plans, and the pressure to “have it all together.”
+ Building self-esteem and reducing feelings of comparison or self-doubt.
+ Developing tools for stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm that actually work for you.
If you’re ready to…
01
Stop feeling so anxious, stressed out, or like no one really gets what you’re going through.
02
Feel more confident about who you are and the choices you’re making.
03
Work through the stuff that’s been weighing you down, whether it’s family frustrations, friend issues, or just feeling stuck.
04
Create a life where you feel happier, less stressed, and more in control of your emotions and relationships.
…then let’s get to work.

because, At the end of the day:
investing in yourself now can change everything for the future you.

It’s totally okay if you don’t know where to start or what to talk about in therapy—that’s part of my job to help with. We can take things at your pace. You don’t have to have all the answers or even know how to describe what you are feeling. Sometimes just showing up and being here is enough to start. I can ask questions to guide the conversation or we can sit in silence if that feels right—there’s no wrong way to do therapy. Over time, you might find it easier to share, and that’s perfectly normal. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I know privacy is important, especially when you’re opening up about personal things. What we talk about in therapy is usually private, and I won’t share details with your parents unless it’s absolutely necessary for your safety (like if you’re in danger of being hurt or hurting yourself). If I do need to share something, I’ll talk to you about it first, so you’re not caught off guard.

That’s completely okay—crying, feeling emotional, or even not knowing what you’re feeling is all part of the process. Therapy is a safe space where you don’t have to hold anything back. Letting those feelings out can actually be really healing, and I’m here to support you through it without any judgment. Whatever you’re feeling is valid, and it’s okay to let it show.
